Puppy Reservation Request

You will not be considered as a candidate to adopt one of our Parquins puppies unless you fill out and submit the online reservation request form. Filling out the form does not guarantee you a puppy. Filling out the form will ensure your name is placed on the waiting list and in the order they are received.

• Reservation requests are not a guarantee you will receive a puppy.

• By submitting the reservation request form your name will be placed on the reservation list.

• All request forms will be screened by My Elegant Paws.

• Reservations are "first come, first to be considered".

• In the event you are chosen to receive one of our Elegant puppies, you will be contacted by My Elegant Paws.

• Contact us soon as new puppies are Elegantly waiting to hear from you.
